Responsibilities: |

Recommend improvements to internal controls to ensure/enhance compliance with company policies
Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase effectiveness and/or gain efficiencies Communicate results of audits and reviews to management and work with management to develop remediation plans Follow up with management to confirm remediation plans have been completed as scheduled Participate in ongoing risk assessments Assist Managing Directors, Directors and Senior Managers/Managers with various initiatives related to business development and practice development Handle multiple work streams within the same or multiple client environments Embrace MorganFranklin’s quality assurance methodologies and our approach to client service, and articulate the same to staff levels below you Review Consultants’ progress to ensure compliance with audit program and professional standards Review timelines and budget and ensure compliance with customer needs |
Requirements: |

Polished and professional verbal communication skills, experienced facilitator and briefer
Ability to adapt and apply information to new scenarios and technologies A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related fields, or equivalent demonstrated work experience Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in developing strong relationships, either with clients (as a consultant) or across different departments (within an organisation) Contribute to complex, high-quality engagements related to effective programme, project, financial and people management Master degree in Finance, Banking and/or Quantitative Sciences |
