| The Lead Controls Engineer will be a part of our Corporate Engineering function, otherwise known as Process Systems Development (PSD).
The PSD team works cross-functionally with safety, production, and plant engineering across our tire manufacturing site locations in North, Central, and South America. This team manages the full project lifecycle of large capital projects within manufacturing including installation, testing, debugging, commissioning, integrating, and troubleshooting. We are seeking candidates with experience in Controls Engineering to support projects such as new technology evaluation and opportunities for automation. At Bridgestone, we work as one team. We are seeking candidates that can communicate, collaborate, and effectively partner with our teammates from various backgrounds and skill sets to produce excellent business results. | Requirements: |

| Expert in Rockwell Automation products including motion and safety Experience in control system design and specification.
Experience in process electrical design Experience in Inductive Automation Ignition. Experience troubleshooting complex systems Exposure to Visual Basic, C++, SQL is a plus |

| Significant Experience in Ladder Logic, Safety PLC programming, and HMI design
