| We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Houston, Texas to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. | Responsibilities: |

| Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA), to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors and skill deficits.
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP) based on the results of assessments and in alignment with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Implement and oversee the execution of behavior intervention plans, ensuring consistent data collection and analysis to monitor progress. Provide ongoing training and support to direct care staff, caregivers, and parents on the implementation of behavior intervention strategies. Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists, educators, and healthcare providers, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care. Continuously evaluate and modify behavior intervention plans based on data analysis and client progress. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and behavior data. Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of behavior analysis services. Provide timely and accurate feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and its services. Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of behavior analysis, incorporating evidence-based practices into client care. |
| Qualifications and Skills: |

| Master’s or doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Demonstrated experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and designing behavior intervention plans. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices, and their application to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Proven ability to effectively assess and analyze behavior data to inform treatment decisions and modify behavior intervention plans accordingly. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when working with individuals with diverse needs and challenges. Effective leadership skills to guide and support direct care staff in implementing behavior intervention strategies. A passion for sales, business development, and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment. Proficiency in using data collection software and technology to track and analyze behavior data. A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
