Responsibilities: |

Manage and/or personally execute activities involved in the needs assessment, design, development, delivery, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programs
Contribute to the development of learning materials Deliver formal training aligned to the Firm’s development framework Deliver learning & development related presentations Support and facilitate the Graduate APC programmes, as required Support and facilitate workgroups and action centred learning interventions Support individual developing planning & offering coaching, as required Optimise learning resources aligned to framework for development Ad hoc training and development support to professional teams Proactively identifies program interdependencies between the business and across the organization |

Develops and executes a communications and training plan to increase transparency and promote awareness of talent processes among managers and employees within VWGoA, the potential candidates who we aim to attract to our organization
Collaborates with General Manager, Corporate Diversity & CSR on candidacy and progression of key talent in the Executive Mentoring Program Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Manager on efforts to improve talent quality and fit through the introduction of new pre-hire selection and assessment tools and processes Provides direction and monitors performance of outside providers (communications consultants) engaged to support key initiatives Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Taleo, and social media platforms Resource management – people management (including shared accountability for overseeing work assigned to Jr |
